Fund Deposit & Withdrawal
Fund Deposit (Third party deposit will not be accepted):
- (1) Bank Transfer / Cheque deposit*
- Payee's name: Shacom Futures Limited
- Shanghai Commercial Bank Account number: 328-82-33668-8
- *Fund will be available only after the cheque is cleared. A cheque may take 2 days for clearing.
- (2) ATM Transfer
- You can transfer fund to Shacom Futures Limited at account number of 328-82-33668-8 through Jetco ATMs.
- (3) Internet / Phone Banking Transfer
- Please pre-register account of Shacom Futures Limited for fund transfer from your designated account through Internet / Phone banking.
- Please be reminded that charges and duration for settlement of fund transfer via Internet / Phone banking vary among banks. If in doubt, please contact us at Customer Service Hotline (852) 2290 3860.
***After fund transfer, please fax the deposit slip (with name of depositor & amount) or a screen capture of Internet banking with the relevant information or a copy of the cheque to (852) 2537 5448 or email it as an attachment to contact@shacomfutures.com.hk.
Fund Withdrawal:
- If you want to withdraw fund from your futures account, you should notify our staff via telephone (852) 2207 2708 or visit our office in person to fill in the fund withdrawal request form.
- Generally, it takes one to two working day(s) for completing fund withdrawal request.
- Clients' fund withdrawal instructions (including requests submitted via phone or written instruction) will be processed within the same day if the instructions are received on or before 12 noon on each working day (prior to the cut-off time).
