1. How do I change my password? What can I do if I forget/lose my password?
 
After successful login to our electronic trading platform, you can simply change your password by clicking the button “Change Password” and following the instruction given. If you forget or lose your password, you should visit any of our offices to apply for re-issuance of password.
 
2. If I want to terminate Electronic Trading Service, what should I do?
 
If you want to stop using the service, you have to come to any of our offices to do the cancellation procedures.
 
3. How can I check, amend or cancel my placed order(s)?
 
You can check your placed order in your 'Order Book' after logon to the Futures Electronic Trading Platform. You can update/cancel your placed order by the following procedures:
  • Select your order row for update/cancellation in the 'Order Book'.
  • Click the icon "Modify" or "Cancel" in the action row in the ‘Order Book’, the 'Modify Order' or 'Cancel Order' frame will appear.
  • Increase/decrease the price or the quantity in the 'Modify Order' frame (the new quantity must not be greater than the original quantity if the price does not change. If it is a PEX order, new quantity must include executed quantity). When you click 'Confirm', your order modification instruction will be submitted.
  • Cancel your placed order in the 'Cancel Order' frame. When you click 'Confirm', your order cancellation instruction will be submitted.
 
4. How do I know your company has received my placed order(s)?
 
You can instantaneously observe the real time updated order status under 'Order Book'.
 
5. How will I be notified of trade orders execution?
 
When your order being executed in the market, the order will be updated real time in “Trade Book”.
 
6. If I input my order via Futures Electronic Trading Platform, can I cancel the order over-the-counter or by telephone?
 
Yes.
 
7. How does your Internet/ mobile stock trading system protect my information?
 
We provide an efficient system and network security which includes:
-   Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption and Firewalls.
-   Identification of User ID and Password with compulsory change of password upon the first time login.
-   "Login Password" with a One-Time Password that generated by "上商期貨雙重認證" App should be input for every logon to Futures Electronic Trading Platform.
-   Automatic logoff after the inactivity of the Futures Electronic Trading Platform with your account for 30 minutes.
 
8. What can I do to protect my personal information?
 
In order to ensure that your personal information will not be disclosed, you can refer the following instructions:
(a) Must not disclose your User ID and password to anyone else.
(b) Destroy the original printed copy of your password.
(c) Avoid using easy-to-guess password such as your birthday or phone number.
(d) Change your password periodically.
(e) Check your account balances and statements regularly.
(f) Do not leave your computer unattended and promptly log off from service.
(g) Remove the temporary files stored in the memory or in the hard disks of the computer shared with others.
(h) Avoid any unauthorized capturing of your password by attackers by carefully handling doubtful e-mails received or accessing suspicious websites.

9. What is encryption and why do I need it?
 
Encryption is the encoding of a message using an algorithmic scheme. To protect your personal information, you must use a secure-capable browser (with 128-bit encryption) that utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology.
 
10. What are the system requirements?
 
To use futures electronic trading service, you will need the following:

11. How do I know that I am performing transactions using the Futures Electronic Trading Service of Shacom Futures Limited?
